A perusal of the order dated 10.01.2025, passed in Arbitration Petition bearing no. ARB.P. 2014/2024, indicates that the Court has already appointed a sole arbitrator to adjudicate upon the dispute between the parties.

In view of the aforesaid, let this application be treated as having been filed under Section 17 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, before the sole arbitrator.

Until this application is decided by the sole arbitrator, the respondent shall remain bound by the statement made by the respondent which stands recorded in the order dated 13.11.2024. However, this shall be without prejudice to their rights and contentions.
