% 15.10.2025 In view of the judgment of the Supreme Court in R.S. Madireddy v. Union of India, [2024 SCC OnLine SC 965], which categorically holds that no writ petition lies against Air India Ltd. after its privatisation, Mr. Sakesh Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner, seeks permission to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to avail alternative remedies as may be available to the petitioner in accordance with law. The petition, alongwith the pending applications, is dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty as aforesaid.
