1. The present petition has been filed seeking grant of parole for a period of thirty days to the petitioner in FIR No.862/2016 for offences punishable under Sections 302/201/120B/34 IPC registered at Police Station Shahbad Diary.

2. Learned counsel for the State, on instructions, submitted that the application of the petitioner for grant of parole is pending consideration. However, it is submitted that the petitioner is eligible for grant of parole.

3. As per the nominal roll, the petitioner has already undergone custody of 7 years 7 months and 14 days as on 20.11.2024. The conduct of the petitioner in jail has also been satisfactory.

4. In view of the above, the petitioner is released on parole from jail for The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. The Order is downloaded from the DHC Server on 04/07/2025 at 04:25:20

a period of 30 days from the date of his release on his furnishing personal bond of Rs. 10,000/- with one surety of the like amount, subject to the satisfaction of the concerned Jail Superintendent and subject to the following conditions:

i.

The Petitioner shall furnish his mobile number(s) in the personal bond to the Jail Superintendent, shall always keep it operational and shall also remain available on the same; and ii.

The Petitioner shall remain available at his address given in the personal bond furnished before the Jail Superintendent; and iii.

The Petitioner shall surrender before the Jail Superintendent on the expiry of 30 days from the date of his release.

5. Accordingly, the petition stands disposed of.

6. A copy of this order be sent to concerned Jail Superintendent for information.
