Learned counsel appearing for respondent nos.1&2 states that petitioner should appear before Director Enforcement (South) on Friday at 11:00 A.M., and his claim for survey shall accordingly be considered and decided within a period of four week thereafter. Since the statement is made on instructions, the same is accepted.

We permit petitioner to appear before Director Enforcement (South) on Friday i.e. 17th October 2025, at 11:00 A.M. 3.

We expect the Director to pass an order within a period of four weeks thereafter regarding subjecting the petitioner to survey. 4.
