The present petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking directions against the respondent authorities to enforce status quo orders passed by the trial Court in certain litigation involving private parties. 4.

In the circumstances, the present petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to avail appropriate civil remedies. Needless to say, in the event of such remedy is being availed, the concerned Civil Court shall bestow urgent consideration to the same.
