The present petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking a direction to the Respondent / Lok Sabha Secretariat to conclude the inquiry proceedings initiated against one of its employees, namely Sh. Kanhaiya Lal Yadav, posted in the Question Branch of the Lok Sabha Secretariat. 2.
Several complaints are stated to have been submitted by the petitioner with regard to the conduct of the aforesaid employee, who is an ExSergeant of the Indian Air Force, re-employed as an employee of the Question Branch of Lok Sabha Secretariat.

In response to the RTI request dated 31.08.2024, the Deputy Secretary of the Lok Sabha Secretariat, vide communication dated 18.09.2024, intimated to the petitioner that his complaint against the aforesaid employee was under examination at that time.

Learned counsel for the Respondent/ Lok Sabha Secretariat points out that the motivations and the antecedents of the petitioner are doubtful. It is further submitted that there are inter se disputes between the petitioner and the aforesaid employee, and the present petition has been filed to use this Court as a platform to ventilate the same. 6.
Learned counsel for the Lok Sabha Secretariat also draws attention to the document i.e., an Agreement to Sell, filed as Annexure (P-6) to the present petition to point that a forgery has been committed by the petitioner. It is submitted that the factum of the aforesaid forgery came to light when copy of the concerned documents were provided by the aforesaid employee to the Lok Sabha Secretariat.

Be that as it may, after some hearing, it is stated that the enquiry being held qua the complaint submitted by the petitioner against the aforesaid employee shall be expedited, and an endeavour shall be made to conclude the same within a period of four months from today. 8.
Let the outcome of the aforesaid exercise be intimated to the petitioner.

Needless to say, in case any forgery has been committed by the petitioner as alleged by learned counsel for the Lok Sabha Secretariat, it shall be open for the Lok Sabha Secretariat to initiate appropriate proceedings against the petitioner as well.
