After some hearing, Mr. Sunil Goel, learned counsel for the petitioners, seeks permission to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to approach the All India Bank Employees' Association and the Indian Banks' Association for consideration of their grievances, if necessary, by entering into a further Memorandum of Settlement subsequent to the Memorandum of Settlement dated 27.04.2010.

The petition, alongwith the pending application, is dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty as aforesaid.
