After some hearing, learned counsel for the respondent no.2 i.e. the complainant in respect of whose complaint the impugned Show Cause Notice (SCN) dated 13.10.2025 was occasioned, submits that he seeks to withdraw his complaint submitted to Bar Counsel of India (BCI)/respondent no.1 and instead approach the Bar Council of Delhi (BCD) for appropriate relief.

Given that the complaint dated 09.10.2025 is sought to be withdrawn, the show cause notice dated 13.10.2025, which was occasioned on account of the said complaint, is rendered infructuous. As such, there is no occasion for the petitioner to respond to the same.
