This petition has been filed seeking quashing of FIR No. 86/2019 under Sections 406/420/468/471 IPC registered at P.S Farsh Bazar, Delhi, on the basis of settlement dated 20th May, 2019, which is on record of this Court.

Petitioners no.1 to 3 and respondent no.2 are present in the Court and have been duly identified by the Investigating Officer. her and the issue arose out of a property dispute, which has now since been resolved including the civil proceedings.

APP for State, however, raised an objection about false documentation, which was created to transact the property and the present FIR was also registered in 2019; 05 years have elapsed and investigation is complete and chargesheet is ready to be filed. 4.

However, in view of the facts and circumstances and considering that this is a private dispute, the Court is inclined to quash the present FIR, subject to payment of a collective cost of Rs. 1,00,000/- to be deposited by the petitioner no.1 to 3 before the Secretary, Delhi High Court Bar Association Lawyers Social, Security and Welfare Fund, Account No. 15530100009730. UCO Bank, Delhi High Court.

Accordingly, the petition is allowed. Consequently, the FIR No. 86/2019 under Sections 406/420/468/471 IPC registered at P.S Farsh Bazar, Delhi and the proceedings emanating therefrom stands quashed. Proof of compliance shall be filed within a week of depositing the cost. 6.

Parties shall abide by the terms of settlement. 7.

Petition stands disposed of.
