% 13.02.2026 By way of the present petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India read with section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita 2023, the petitioner seeks quashing of Look Out Circular ('LOC') or any restrictive order pending with the respondents against the petitioners.

Notice on this petition was issued on 15.10.2025. 3.
Status Report dated 07.02.2026 has been filed on behalf of respondent No.2.

Drawing attention to the contents of the status report, learned ASC appearing for respondent No.2 submits, that as narrated therein, FIR No. 400/2022 dated 01.06.2022 registered at P.S.: Moti Nagar, New Delhi, was quashed vide order dated 03.11.2022 passed in CRL.M.C. No. 5392/2022; and consequent thereupon, the LOC opened against W.P.(CRL) 3373/2025 The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. petitioner No.1 was also closed by Bureau of Immigration on 12.12.2022.

It is further pointed-out, that there is no record of any LOC having been opened against petitioner No.2 and petitioner No.3. 6.
In view of the contents of the status report, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits, that the present petition be disposed-of as infructuous.
