The present petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India read with Section 528 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 seeking issuance of writ in the nature of habeas corpus directing the respondents to produce Master XXXX XXXXX, aged 13 years, before this Court. 2.

After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, seeks permission to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file afresh before the appropriate forum, in accordance with law. 3.

Permission and liberty, as prayed for, is granted. 4.

Accordingly, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
