Learned counsel for the respondents appears and reiterates that the process of filing Special Leave Petition is under way. 2.

He, on instructions, states that in case, they fail to obtain any relief, they would ensure that the directions contained in order dated 4th September, 2024 are duly complied with on or before 31st January, 2025. 3.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that in view of the above statement of assurance, at the moment, the petitioners are not desirous to pursue with the contempt petition.
