This petition has been filed as a public interest litigation seeking a direction to the respondent No.1/South Delhi Municipal Corporation to demolish the illegal and unauthorized constructions in South Delhi area, namely, Khirki Extension, Panchsheel Vihar and Savitri Nagar. 2.

The allegations of unauthorized constructions being absolutely vague and lacking in material particulars, we are not inclined to entertain the petition and same is accordingly dismissed.
