Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent states that she does not dispute the existence of an arbitration agreement. Furthermore, the counsel for the respondent agrees that she has no objection to the appointment of an Arbitrator by this Court. 2.
Mr. Sharma, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners, submits likewise.

Accordingly, Ms. R. Kiran Nath, former District and Sessions Judge is appointed as an Arbitrator in the matter. 4.
Furthermore, since counsel for the parties are agreed that the arbitration proceedings ought to be governed by the rules and fee schedule prescribed by the Delhi International Arbitration Centre (DIAC), it is ordered accordingly.

The petition is disposed of in the aforesaid terms. 6.
