% 15.03.2019 CA No.1094/2017 In view of the fact that SFIO has already appointed, this application becomes infructuous. The same is dismissed.

CO.PET. 207/2016 This petition is infructuous in view of the fact that in Co.Pet. No.419/2014 this court already admitted the petition and appointed the OL attached to this court as the provisional liquidator of the respondent company on 24.05.2016.

However, Mr.V.Chiranjiv, the petitioner is allowed to intervene in Co.Pet. 419/2014 and press for its relief in that petition. SFIO report which has been filed will be taken on record of Co.Pet. No.419/2014. The order dated 10.12.2018 does not record the presence of Mr.Vivek Goyal, the learned CGSC for the SFIO. The order dated 10.12.2018 is corrected accordingly.

Petition and all pending applications, if any, stand disposed of. JAYANT NATH, J.
