% 14.03.2018 Respondent no.2-Ms. Kanta and respondent no. 3-Ms. Saroj Sharma are present in Court and have been identified by SI Sunil Kumar of police station Dwarka North. They submit that they have settled the matter with the petitioner before the Delhi Medication Centre, Dwarka on 21st December, 2016 of her own free will and without any undue force, pressure or coercion.

They further submit that they have already received entire settled amount of `1.20 lacs each and has no objection in case FIR No. 141/2014 under Section 420 IPC and Section 4 of The Prize Chits and Money Circulation Schemes (Banning) Act, 1978 of police station Dwarka North is quashed.

Keeping in mind the settlement arrived at between the petitioner and respondent nos.2 and 3 voluntarily, in the interest of justice, aforesaid FIR

and the consequent proceedings emanating therefrom are quashed. Petition is disposed of in the above terms. Miscellaneous application is disposed of as infructuous.
