W.P.(C) 1907/2016 & CM No.8159/2016 (for stay) & W.P.(C) 598/2016 & CMs No.2423/2016 (for stay) & 8025/2016 (for withdrawal of petition) 3.

This order is in continuation of the order dated 22nd January, 2016 in W.P.(C) No.598/2016.

Since then, W.P.(C) No.1907/2016 has been filed which has come up today for the first time.

CM No.8025/2016 has been filed in W.P.(C) No.598/2016 for withdrawal of that petition with liberty to approach the concerned Court for appropriate directions.

CM No.8025/2016 in W.P.(C) No.598/2016 is allowed and W.P.(C) No.598/2016 is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to approach the concerned Court for appropriate directions.

After some hearing, the senior counsel for the petitioner withdraws W.P.(C) No.1907/2016 with similar liberty.

8.

W.P.(C) No.1907/2016 is also dismissed as withdrawn with the same liberty as in W.P.(C) No.598/2016.

No costs.
