% 14.03.2018 Respondent no.2-Ms. Vinod Kumari Pandey is present in Court and has been identified by SI Sunil Kumar of police station Dwarka North. She submits that she has settled the matter with the petitioner before the Delhi Medication Centre, Dwarka on 27th November, 2013 of her own free will and without any undue force, pressure or coercion. She further submits that she has already received entire settled amount of `2,66,500/- and has no objection in case FIR No. 394/2013 under Section 420 IPC and Section 4 of The Prize Chits and Money Circulation Schemes (Banning) Act, 1978 of police station Dwarka North is quashed.

Keeping in mind the settlement arrived at between the petitioner and respondent no.2 voluntarily, in the interest of justice, aforesaid FIR and the

consequent proceedings emanating therefrom are quashed. Petition is disposed of in the above terms. Miscellaneous application is disposed of as infructuous.
