Applicant seeks regular bail in case arising out of FIR No.212/2024 dated 27.10.2024, registered at Crime Branch, for commission of offences under Sections 22(c)/25 of Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances (NDPS) Act, 1985.

One of the reasons assigned by learned counsel for the applicant is to the effect that the applicant was arrested in November, 2024 and charges have yet not been ascertained.

The next date before the learned Trial Court is stated to be 09.07.2026. 4.
Learned Addl. P.P. for the State, on instructions from the Investigating Officer, submits that requisite FSL report has already been received. 5.
Learned counsel for the applicant submits that he, without prejudice to his rights and contentions, would not press the present application at this juncture, if the learned Trial Court is requested to ascertain the charges BAIL APPLN. 3980/2025 The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. without any further delay in the matter.

Learned Addl. P.P. for the State submits that she would also send a message to her counterpart before the learned Trial Court and would ensure that there is no delay or in action from their side. 7.
In view of the above, the present application is disposed of as not pressed.

All rights and contentions of the parties are reserved. 9.
Learned Trial Court is also requested to give requisite priority to the abovesaid matter and to ascertain charges within one month from the date it takes up the matter.

Needless to say, the applicant as well as the other accused persons would provide necessary cooperation and assistance to the learned Trial Court in this regard.

The applicant is also permitted to file application in future, if need so arises.
