The present joint application on behalf of the petitioner and respondent no. 1 under Section 151 of the CPC seeks the following prayer: "a. Dispose of the writ petition W.P.(C) 3577/2015 titled Kamlesh Sharma vs. Delhi International Airport Limited & Ors. in terms of the Settlement Agreement dated 04.09.2025, acknowledging that all disputes between the parties have been finally resolved; and b. Pass such further order(s) as this Hon' ble Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case." It is pointed out that the matter has been settled before the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre vide settlement agreement dated 04.09.2025 and parties thereto undertake to abide by their reciprocal obligation.
