O R D E R

I am happy to note that counsels for both the parties as also the parties have taken a pragmatic stand to settle the disputes in the present writ petition by compromise, and it is accordingly agreed that the respondent no.1 will be paid a sum of Rs.19 lacs in full and final satisfaction of all her claims in the present litigation or relating to the present litigation subject to the amount of Rs.19 lacs being paid to the respondent no.1 on or before 31.3.2017.

This writ petition is accordingly disposed of with liberty to the W.P.(C) 1844/2016

respondent no.1 to revive the same in case the amount of Rs.19 lacs is not received on or before 31.3.2017. Whatever is the statutory entitlement of the respondent no.1 with respect to the provident fund, the respondent no.1 will be entitled to get the same from the concerned statutory authority, and with respect to which petitioners will give the necessary documents as required by the respondent no.1 to be submitted to any competent authority/statutory authority.
