"It is therefore, most respectfully prayed before theHon'ble Courtfor taking the action for non-compliance of the order passed by the Hon'ble Court of ACJM, North-East, Karkardooma, Courts, Delhi in case titled as 'Mr. Radhey Shyam Vs. Mr. Tillu@ Mangat Ram Ors.' in Case No. Ct Cases/80/2023 order dated 30.01.2023, 01.03.2023, 03.06.2023, 14.07.2023, 13.10.2023, 08.11.2023, 04.01.2024, 18.04.2024, 22.05.2024, 23.08.2024, 11.11.2024, 15.01.2025 and 31.07.2025 for filing the Status Report in interest of justice. To pass any other order, which this Hon'ble Court deems fit and proper keeping in view all the above mentioned facts and circumstances."

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present petition with liberty to approach the concerned Metropolitan Magistrate with respect to the non-filing of the ATRs.
