A matrimonial dispute is pending between the Petitioner and her husband/Respondent No. 4, who was previously employed with First Abu Dhabi Bank, UAE ["Bank"].

On 09.01.2025, the Division Bench observed that the Bank is expected to be ready with appropriate instructions on the next date of hearing.

In substance, the Petitioner herein alleges that the necessary information regarding the employment of her husband has not been provided by the Bank.

Before initiating proceedings under the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971, the Court is expected to be very careful. Morever, the Appeal filed by the Appellant is pending before this Court, hence, there is no ground to initiate proceedings under the Contempt of The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above.
