The present petition under Sections 10, 11, 12 read with Section 2(b) of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 read with Article 215 of the Constitution of India, 1950, seeks the following prayers: - "(a) Summon the contemnor before this Hon'ble Court and punish him appropriately for Contempt of Court committed by him of the order dated 06.08.2025, passed by this Hon'ble Court in W.P. (c) No. 11413 of 2025 in case titled as 'Hemant and Ors vs State of NCT of Delhi. And/or;
(b) To Order the Respondent for prompt compliance of the above order dated 06.08.2025, passed by this Hon'ble Court in W.P. (c) No. 11413 of 2025 in case titled as 'Hemant and Ors vs State of NCT of Delhi. And/or;

proper in facts and circumstances of case and for justice." 4.
Vide order dated 06.08.2025 in W.P.(C) 11413/2025 preferred by the petitioner along with other petitioners therein, seeking directions to the respondent/State to decide the petitioners' application under Section 12(4) of the Scheduled Castes and the Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989, seeking compensation, following direction was passed by learned Coordinate Bench of this Court:- "4. Learned counsel for the respondent submits that the concerned SDM would urgently examine the aforesaid application of the petitioners and take an appropriate decision by passing a reasoned order as expeditiously as possible and in any event within a period of two months from today. It is directed accordingly." 5.
Learned counsel for the respondent, who appears on advance notice, submits that the said application shall be decided by the respondent, within a period of six weeks.

In view thereof, the present petition is disposed of, with direction that the concerned SDM shall decide the aforesaid application of the petitioner within a period of six weeks from today.

In case of non-compliance, the petitioner will be at liberty to revive the present petition.

Accordingly, the petition is disposed of in the above terms, along with pending applications, if any.
