O R D E R

% 12.03.2019 Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the possibility of the petitioner recovering any amount from the respondent is remote and he seeks to withdraw the petition.

I may note that the liquidation is an initial stage. The office of the respondent company was found vacated as it was a rented property. Regarding the factory at Haridwar the same has already been sold prior to. In view of the above, no purpose is served by continuing the present winding up petition. Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. The order appointing the Official Liquidator as the Provisional Liquidator dated 15.12.2017 is recalled.
