% 20.05.2016 Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present writ petition, subject to a direction to the DCP of the concerned District of the concerned Police Station, to look into the complaints made by the petitioner against the officials of the concerned police station, in accordance with law.

Mr. R.S. Kundu, learned Additional Standing Counsel (Criminal) appearing on behalf of the police, does not oppose this submission made by counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner. Leave granted.

The present petition is dismissed as withdrawn with a direction to the DCP of the concerned District of the concerned police station, to examine the complaints made on behalf of the petitioner as aforesaid, in accordance with law and take suitable action, if called for in that behalf. With the above directions, the present writ petition is disposed of. Copy of this order be given dasti to counsel for the parties.
