CRL.M.C. 7392/2025 This is a petition seeking quashing of FIR No. 215/2015 under Section 140(3)/308(3)/309(6)/311/351(2)/3(5) BNS registered at P.S.Hari Nagar as also proceedings emanating therefrom. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has come to an amicable settlement with the complainant. Learned APP submits that chargesheet has already been filed against three persons, while fourth person is absconding and supplementary chargesheet has been filed against him. He submits that the allegations qua the present petitioner are grave and serious in nature and it is not a fit case The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above.
