O R D E R

Since a winding up petition has already been admitted against the respondent company in CP No. 329/2013, and the Official Liquidator has been appointed as a Provisional Liquidator, in my view, these petitions need not continue any further, subject to the following caveat: (i) The petitions are disposed of with liberty to the petitioners to revive the petitions in case CP No. 329/2013 fails.

(ii) The petitioners are also given liberty to file their claim before the OL as and when claims are invited by him, albeit in accordance with law. 2.

The captioned petitions and the applications are, accordingly, disposed of.
