Petition under Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 („BNSS‟) has been filed on behalf of the Petitioner, for quashing of FIR No.0646/2023 under Sections 363/376 IPC and Section 6 POCSO Act, registered at PS: Patel Nagar, Delhi and all consequential proceedings emanating therefrom, in terms of settlement between the parties. 2.
Affidavit of Respondent No.2 / Prosecutrix as well as Respondent No.3/Complainant have been filed, wherein they have given No Objection to the quashing of FIR No.0646/2023.

It is further submitted that on 20.08.2023, on Complaint of Respondent No. 2, FIR No.0646/2023 under Sections 363/376 IPC and Section 6 POCSO The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above.
Act was registered at PS: Patel Nagar, Delhi. 4.
It is submitted that Petitioner and Respondent No.2 have got married at Arya Samaj Mandir, Sector 14, Rohini on 06.08.2024 and are living happily together.

Respondent No.2 Prosecutrix, who is present in the Court, submits that she had left her parental home on her free will, as her father was un-well and her elder sister has her children to take care of. Because of financial and family circumstances, she had gone with the Petitioner and now they have been married and living together happily.

It is submitted that present FIR was a consequence of the disputes between Petitioner and Respondent Nos.2 and 3. It is stated that with the intervention of family members, relatives and well wishers, the Petitioner and Respondent Nos.2 and 3 have amicably settled all the disputes and differences between them.

The parties are present in the Court and have been identified by the IO. The parties submit that they have arrived at the settlement without any force, coercion and undue influence and pressure with their free wish and will. 8.
Learned Counsel for Petitioner submits that the parties have no grievance against each other. Since Respondent Nos.2 and 3 have already made a statement before the Court that they do not want to pursue the proceedings in FIR, the present Petition be allowed and FIR No.0347/2025 be quashed.

In view of Settlement Deed dated 16.10.2025, present Petition has been filed.

Respondent Nos.2 and 3 are present and submit that they have no grievance against the Petitioner and also no objection to the quashing of FIR. The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above.

In view of the fact that the FIR in question was premised upon a dispute between Petitioner and Respondent Nos.2 and 3, which has been amicably resolved in terms of affidavit of settlement given by Respondent Nos.2 and 3. Considering the fact that parties have given no objection to the quashing of FIR, no fruitful purpose would be served in continuing with the proceedings arising out of the FIR.

Consequently, FIR No.0646/2023 under Sections 363/376 IPC and Section 6 POCSO Act, registered at PS: Patel Nagar, Delhi and all consequential proceedings emanating therefrom are quashed. 13.
