% 22.02.2017 CAV. 226/2016 Since the learned counsel for the caveator has entered appearance, the caveat stands discharged.

CM(M) 230/2016 and CM No. 8673/2016 Learned counsel for the parties submit that the matter has already been referred for arbitration by the Delhi High Court in Arb. Petition No. 6/2016 by order dated 10.01.2017.

It is submitted that the parties have agreed that the respondent shall not press for execution of the impugned order and the parties shall make their submissions before the arbitrator as per law.

In view of the above, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present petition.

The present petition is dismissed as withdrawn. All pending applications also stand dismissed.
