board to ascertain the illness of the Petitioner and to provide her appropriate treatment.

Mr. Naveen Kumar Singh highlights that the Petitioner is suffering from serious health problems for which they have been visiting several hospitals without any resolution. The doctors at private hospitals such as Apollo Hospitals, Fortis lafemme, Max, Paras Gangaram, etc., have been consulted and various tests have also been done but the disease could not be diagnosed. In fact, the Petitioner had also consulted doctor at AIIMS who had commenced treatment, however, since they did not see much improvement, the treatment was not followed up. 6.

Nonetheless, in view of the fact that AIIMS is the research institute, in medical and related sciences the Petitioner expects that the medical faculty at AIIMS would perhaps be able to find the cause and suggest appropriate treatment.

Dr. Harsh Pathak, who is present in Court, is requested to appear on behalf of AIIMS/Respondent No. 4.

Issue notice. Counsel mentioned in the appearance above accepts notice.

Considering the above, the present petition is disposed of with a direction to Director, AIIMS to have their Senior Doctors examine the Petitioner and provide her the best possible treatment. 10.

Dr. Pathak is directed to intimate the date to the Petitioner for consultation at the hospital within a week.
