The matter has been amicably settled between the parties and pursuant to such settlement, petitioners and contemnors have moved joint application i.e. CM APPL.6609/2025. The terms of the settlement have been mentioned in detail in the above said application which is signed by both the petitioners as well as by all the three contemnors.

Learned counsel for respondents/contemnors also appears through video conferencing and submits that the respondents shall also adhere to the terms and conditions as mentioned in the above said application.

application under disposal, the present contempt petition is disposed of as the matter stands amicably settled between the parties. 4.
