W.P.(CRL) 3563/2024 By way of the present petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India read with section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita 2023, the petitioner has made the following prayers: "(a) Order for formation of a special team from the Crime Branch or from any other olive branch to investigate the whole matter between the Petitioner and the Respondents No.4 and direct the team so formulated to submit its report by calling both the W.P.(CRL) 3563/2024 The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. parties in there office and be pleased to pass any other order deemed just and proper in the circumstances of the case; (b) Order to provide protection to the Petitioner from the Respondents No. 4."

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits, that the petitioner had a relationship with respondent No.4, which was entirely consensual; however after some time, the said respondent began extorting money from the petitioner and has also been extending threats through verbal and written messages.

Though much has been argued on behalf of the petitioner, considering the nature of the prayers made, the only course discernible to the court is to direct the Station House Officer, P.S.: Vasant Vihar to consider the contents of complaint dated 22.10.2024 stated to have been filed by the petitioner in that police station, and to take action, if any, as may be warranted, in accordance with law.

The petition is disposed-of in the above terms. 5.
