% 24.03.2025 Mr. Uday Bedi, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that matter has been amicably settled between the parties before the Mediation Cell and in terms of the settlement petitioners have made payment of Rs.51,25,500/- towards pending claims to the respondents and therefore, in terms of the said settlement petitioners do not want to pursue their petitions and seek permission to withdraw the same.

The factum of settlement and receipt of money is confirmed by Mr. Rishabh Shukla, learned counsel for the respondents and has no objection in case the petitions be allowed to be withdrawn. In view of the amicable settlement between the parties and the statements made above, the petitions are dismissed as withdrawn.
