% 01.12.2025 CRL.M.A. 35714/2025 (for waiver/reduction of cost imposed vide order dated 16.10.2025) in disposed of case. 1.

The present application is filed by the applicant seeking waiver/reduction of cost imposed by this Court vide order dated 16.10.2025 passed in CRL.M.C. 7423/2025.

For the reasons mentioned in the application, the same is allowed to the extent that the FIR No.214/2025 dated 20.06.2025, registered at Police Station Vikaspuri for offences under Sections 126(2)/74/79/351(2)/351(3) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 ('BNS') and all consequential proceedings arising therefrom are quashed, subject to payment of total cost of ₹1,00,000/- by the petitioner, out of which ₹50,000/- is to be deposited with the Delhi Police Martyrs' Fund and ₹50,000/- is to be deposited with Arya Kanya Sadan, 1488 Pataudi House, Daryaganj, New Delhi for the benefit of destitute girls, within a period of sixteen weeks from date.
