The appellant has assailed judgment and decree passed by the learned trial court under Order XII Rule 6 CPC directing restoration of possession of the subject premises to the respondent landlord. After addressing partly, learned counsel for appellant on instructions of his client present in court seeks permission to withdraw this appeal if her possession can be protected for a period of four months.
