This revision petition is directed against an order dated 09.09.2025 passed by the learned District Judge, Central District, Tis Hazari Court, Delhi, by which the petitioner's application under Order VII Rule 10 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908, was dismissed with costs of Rs.50,000/-.

After some hearing, Dr. Shiv Kumar Tiwari, learned counsel for the petitioner, does not press this petition except to the extent of the quantum of costs.

With the consent of Mr. Anil Sethi, learned counsel for the respondent, the quantum of costs imposed by the impugned order is reduced to Rs. 15,000/-.

The revision petition stands disposed of in view of the aforesaid order.
