It is pointed out that the appellant has been wrongly described as 'NHAI'. The application is merited inasmuch as the order inaccurately refers to the appellant. Accordingly, it is directed that the order shall stand corrected so as to substitute the appellant which has been described as 'NHAI' with National Highways & Infrastructure Development Corporation Limited (NHIDCL) at the appropriate places. The Registry is directed to rectify the order and issue correct certified copy. The application is allowed in the above terms.
