O R D E R

% 12.07.2016 The learned counsel for the petitioner has proposed the name of Mr.O.P. Mishra, Addl. Secretary Home, Delhi Government, who is the Controlling Authority appointed under the Private Security Agencies (Regulation) Act, 2005, to be appointed as an Arbitrator to adjudicate the disputes between the parties in the abovementioned petitions. In view of the pleadings as well as the material placed on the record, the order is passed accordingly. The parties are also allowed to file their respective claims and counter-claims before the Arbitrator.

The Arbitrator shall ensure the compliance of the provisions of Arbitration and Conciliation (Amendment) Act, 2015 before commencing the arbitration. The fees of the learned Arbitrator shall be in terms of the schedule provided under the amended Act. The parties to appear before the Arbitrator on 09.08.2016 for directions.

The petition is accordingly disposed of.

Copy of this order be given dasti to the learned counsel for the parties and a copy thereof be communicated to the learned Arbitrator forthwith.
