The Petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (hereinafter referred to as 'CrPC') has been filed on behalf of the Petitioner, with the prayer that the matter which has formed subject matter of FIR No. 3A dated 22.09.2015 (P.S. AC III) as also of ECIR No. ECIR/02/DLZO-II/2017/AWD (SAK) in which summon dated 28.02.2018 has been issued to the petitioner, should not be investigated by the complainant i.e. the Respondent No. 2 or any other officer subordinate to him or authorized by him.
