This is an application under Section 16 of the Court Fees Act, 1870 read with Section 151 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908, filed on behalf of the plaintiffs, seeking refund of Court Fees in favour of the Constituted Attorney of the plaintiffs.

Learned counsel for the plaintiffs submits that the inter-se disputes were amicably settled between the parties and vide the order/judgment dated 30.03.2026, the Suit was decreed and disposed of. 3.

He states that while decreeing the Suit, this Court had also directed the refund of Court Fees in terms of Section 16 of the Court Fees Act, 1870. Learned counsel for the plaintiffs submits that the present application has been filed seeking permission from the Court for refund of Court Fee in the name of the Constituted Attorney i.e. Mrs. Meena Bansal. The authorisation letter dated 02.04.2026 issued by plaintiff no.1 i.e. Cross Inc., authorising the said Constituted Attorney to receive the Court Fees is also appended to the present application.

The authorisation letter dated 02.04.2026 is extracted hereunder: "AUTHORIZATION LETTER Date: 2rd April, 2026 To, The Hon'ble Delhi High Court New Delhi Subject: Authorization to receive refund of court fees in the matter titled Crocs Inc. & Am. vs. Sagar Doijode trading as Questsole & Ors., bearing CS (COMM) 1125/2025 We, Crocs, Inc., a company duly organized and existing under the laws of the United States of America, having its registered address at 500 Eldorado Blvd, Building 5, Broomfield, Colorado- 80021, USA, hereby authorize Ms. Meena Bansal, residing at 96, Sukhdev Vihar, Mathura Road, New Delhi - 110025, India, to apply for, receive, and collect the refund of court fees on our behalf in the matter titled Crocs Inc. & Am. vs. Sagar Doijode trading as Questsole & Ors., bearing CS (COMM) 112512025 pending before the Hon'ble Delhi High Court.

Ms. Meena Bansal is further authorized to sign, execute, and submit any applications, affidavits, receipts, undertakings, or other documents as may be required in connection with the aforesaid refund. We hereby confirm and ratify all acts done by her pursuant to this authorization.

In view of the above authorisation letter, the Court Fees may be refunded as per Section 16 of the Court Fees Act, 1870 in the name of the Constituted Attorney of plaintiff no.1, upon completion of all the formalities, as per rules. 6.
