The present Appeal, under Section 10 of the Delhi High Court Act, 1966, has been filed impugning the Judgement dated 17.09.2025 passed by the learned Single Judge in CS(OS) No. 123/2024. 2.
After arguing at some length, learned counsel for the Appellants seeks liberty of this Court to withdraw the present Appeal. However, he submits that the Appellants were required to furnish an appropriate surety to the tune of Rs. 37 Lakhs within a period of 30 days from the date of the Impugned Judgement. He further prays that the period for furnishing the same be extended.

Keeping in view the aforesaid facts, the period to furnish the appropriate securities is extended by another three weeks from today. 4.
