% 28.02.2019 Quashing of FIR No. 409/2013, under Section 363/364A of IPC, registered at police station Uttam Nagar, Delhi is sought on the basis of Compromise Deed dated 29th January, 2018, wherein it is recorded that the parties will get adoption deed of 15th May, 2007 cancelled. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that application for cancellation of adoption deed has been prepared and it would be shortly filed.

Since the compromise deed has not be acted upon, therefore, this petition is disposed of as premature with liberty to petitioner to file fresh petition after the adoption deed is cancelled. SUNIL GAUR, J FEBRUARY 28, 2019 v
