In the circumstances, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he does not wish to press the present petition at this stage, and seeks to withdraw the same, with liberty to file afresh if so required. 5.

Accordingly, the present petition stands dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty as prayed for.
