% 13.07.2016 By this petition, the petitioner seeks quashing of FIR No.122/2016 under Sections 376/506/509/34 IPC registered at PS Hari Nagar on the ground that parties have settled the matter and are living as husband and wife. Even on the basis of compromise, in view of the seriousness of the offence punishable under Section 376 IPC, quashing of the FIR cannot be ordered.

Petition is dismissed.
