This is a petition filed under Section 29A(4) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 seeking extension of the mandate of the Arbitral Tribunal.

The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the learned Arbitrator was appointed vide order dated 24.11.2021 and her mandate was also extended by this Court vide order dated 15.05.2024. He further submits that matter is at the stage of final arguments and which is likely to be concluded soon.

Issue notice. The learned counsel named above accepts notice on behalf of the respondent.

The mandate of the Arbitral Tribunal is extended for a period of six months for making and publishing the award.

The period from 07.11.2024 till today stands regularized. 11.
