The present Appeal, under Section 39 of the Special Marriage Act, 1954, read with Section 19 of the Family Courts Act, 1984, assails the Order dated 24.09.2025 passed by the learned Family Court in SMA/01/2025.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the Appellant that an application seeking modification of the impugned order dated 24.09.2025, granting visitation rights to the father, is pending before the learned Family Court.

This Court does not find it appropriate to interfere with the impugned order at this stage. However, the Appellant shall have liberty to press that application which is stated to have been filed before the learned Family Court.

The present Appeal, is therefore, dismissed.
