Petitioner is aggrieved as the respondent has not submitted its status report before the learned Division Bench of this Court in terms of the directions contained in the order dated 30.10.2023 passed in W.P.(C) 8384/2017. Undoubtedly, the abovesaid petition had already been disposed of but at the same time the learned counsel for respondent was asked to place a status report on record within a period of three weeks from today. 2.
Learned counsel for respondent appears on advance notice and submits, on instructions, that in case such status report has yet not been submitted before the learned Court, it will be ensured that the same is duly placed within one week from today. Such statement is taken on record. 3.
