The petitioner seeks regular bail under Section 439 Cr.P.C. in case FIR No.896/2015 registered under Sections 407/120B IPC at PS Moti Nagar. Status report is on record.

Previously, the complainant was contesting the instant bail application and had filed response to it. However, today none has appeared on behalf of the complainant despite previous pass-over. 3.

I have heard the learned counsel for the parties and have examined the file. The petitioner is in custody since 29.10.2015. In this case, he was arrested on 30.11.2015. The loss allegedly caused to the complainant as reflected in the response is to the tune of `2,47,572/- only. 4.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner is admitted to bail on furnishing personal bond in the sum of ` 40,000/- with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the Trial Court. 5.

The bail application stands disposed of.
