This is a petition filed under Section 29A of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 seeking extension of the mandate of the Arbitral Tribunal by a further period of one year for making and publishing the final Award.

It is stated that the Arbitral Tribunal was substituted and hence, the delay.

For the said reasons, issue notice to the respondent. 4.

Mr. Rekhi, learned counsel accepts notice on behalf of the respondent and without admitting to any of the averments made in the present petition, has no objection to the petition being allowed. 5.

view of the aforesaid, the mandate of the Arbitral Tribunal is extended by a further period of one year from today.
